Our bakery
At HeartStone Artisan Bakery, we create naturally fermented breads and pastries, using mostly locally-sourced organic, whole grain, and stone milled flours and a long, cool fermentation process. We recently expanded our bakery, adding 1200 feet and a beautiful Italian steam tube deck oven. Located at our own Alambria Springs Farm in scenic central New York, we also produce many of the vegetables and herbs incorporated into our breads. Our baked goods are available at markets throughout our region as well as our retail shop at 11 Lincklaen Street, Cazenovia.
